kubuntu-default-settings software package provides Default settings and artwork for the Kubuntu desktop, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kubuntu-default-settings
kubuntu-default-settings is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kubuntu-default-settings package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kubuntu-default-settings *
You will get with kubuntu-default-settings package name, version, architecture and description in a table
